1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items such as innerwear, personal care, customized products, and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at styleelevates@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Attach clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
- Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup details (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Wallet, or Credit/Debit Card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, we’ll offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
- If the product is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing may take 3-5 business days.
