Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items such as innerwear, personal care, customized products, and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at styleelevates@gmail.comย with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, weโ€™ll share the return pickup details (if applicable).
  4. Within 3-5 business days, you need to send back the approved product to us at the provided address for return for you through the mail.ย 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be Credited within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Wallet, or Credit/Debit Card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, weโ€™ll offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • After approval for an exchange with an available product, the entire process will be completed within 5-7 business days.
  • If the product is out of stock, you can choose a refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing may take 3-5 business days.
