Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items such as innerwear, personal care, customized products, and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at styleelevates@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup details (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Wallet, or Credit/Debit Card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, we’ll offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • If the product is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing may take 3-5 business days.
